Brett Hildabrand - Limited Government The topic of limited government has been receiving a lot of attention lately, due in part
to the Tea Party movement and commentators like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. It is easy to understand why. These
days, no matter where you look, you will find government involvement. The founding fathers believed the government
should play a limited role in people's lives. Thomas Jefferson stated that good government "shall restrain
men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement..."
Today, our government far exceeds Jefferson's intended role.
Now, the state is involved in determining how to run your business, what health care you can receive, and what your children
are taught. Even your personal property is up for grabs if the local government determines that the location of your
house would be better suited for a shopping mall. If
I am elected to be your voice in the state capital, I will fight to reduce the size and scope of the state government.
I will not support any legislation that limits your constitutional rights. Let's return government back to the role
of a helpful servant instead of a fearful master.
St.
Patrick's Day Parade On March 14th, I will be marching
in the Shawnee St. Patrick's Day Parade starting at 1 PM. The parade route follows Johnson Drive between Monrovia
and Nieman. Come out and show your support! Contributions can be made online at www..hildabrand2010.com or by check mailed to:

Michael Steele Against
Yoder and Other Liberal Republicans! Yoder is neither principled,
conservative, or a Tea Party candidate!
Dear
Fellow Conservative,
Republican victories in the 2009 state elections and Scott Brown's special election
win in Democrat stronghold Massachusetts prove that our Party can win anywhere in the country when we have principled, conservative
candidates backed by a strong nationwide network of grassroots supporters. Sincerely, Michael Steele Chairman,
Republican
National Committee
